guilty **** non immigrant visa

Im from Sweden and ive planned to go to California this winter. I was guilty for smoking **** a year ago.The police took a urine test and i tested positive for THC. Admitted that i had smoked but i have never purchased, had possession of, or sold any illegal substances. Then i had to pay day fees. Since i cant travel with the ESTA i am now applying for the non immigrant tourist visa. My interview at the american embassy is next week and i just want to know: is there chance at all that they will give me the visa?
