I recently have got b1b2 visa both for myself and my wife. We booked our usa group trip and now we plan to cancel the trip due to some reason.
Will there be any problem if we do not travel now as we have got the visa on tour basis . ??

no ,you can use it anytime but be prepared to explain the reason for not using it now when ever you travel, other than that your good. My opinion not legal advice.

I don't think the stars means anything just the Us thing, how long is your visa valid for is it multiple or single if it's says multiple then your fine till the date it expire. Again my opinion not legal advice.

if they ask you when ever you decide to travel why you didn't go on the date you said you will, then you can explain but if they don't fine. That shouldn't be a problem people plans change sometimes just be truthful that's all.

1.Our visa is b1b2 multi entry for 10 years.

Whenever we go next time, Do we need to plan specifically via travel agency ? Or otherwise we can visit on our own ?
Would there be any problem if we simply buy our to and fro tickets with specific dates and tell them that we are visiting our friend and would be staying with them.

Do we need any invitation from friend ?
Do we need to specifically tell friends address ?
And what if friend is already staying there on temporary basis on b1b2 visa for training purpose

As long as the visa doesn't say you have to travel with the travel agencies , I recommend you book your own accommodation when travel saying your going there to stay with someone on a B1/B2 visa when the person visa allows them to visit for a short amount of time sounds suspicious to them. So to be on a safe side when ever your ready to travel get hotel accommodation ready you can always cancel if you want but I'll recommend you spend a night before any other thing. And yes you can book your own flight anytime your ready.

You don't need invitation from anyone , you already got your visa all you need to do is get your flight and hotel and your good. My opinion not least advice.

Dear sir I hve enquiry abt my frd he dnt knw hw to use internet. He is doing business in Delhi. His monthly income is 80,000rs and annual income 9,600000 rs. He has got invitation of his relatives from USA to attend the cousin weeding. He bearer all the expense. He being before Asian countries as well. He has family wife and 2son he applied.
