Visitor Visa or L2
Hi,
I am working in US since April 2013 on L1-A Visa (valid till 2016).
I will be marring soon and my spouse would be visiting me frequently e.g. for 2-3 months and probably twice a year from India. She is pursuing M.Tech and also working as a lecturer (both in India).
Now I have following questions:
1) L2 or Visitor: As she would be not staying for long, which Visa we should apply for her. If we apply for L2 and then she stays in India for long (compared to US), would it create any sort of trouble?
3) Visitor visa : If we opt for Visitor's visa then what things we should do to make application strong? FYI She don't have any property and is 25 in age. Also is it ok if she don't have a Marriage Certificate for this visa? Also, can I sponsor her visa?
I would appreciate any help on this.
