Parents Green Card Pending Can I file for Visitor Visa B2

Hi All,

My parents green card is pending and we have got few RFEs. To reply back and get it done will take another 6 months depending on how quickly I get documents from India and then later USCIS processing times.

If my brother, who also lives in US and is not the petitioner for my parents green card, apply for my parents visitor visa do they have a chance of getting visitor visa while their green card is pending?

Your bro can only invite , parents will have to apply themselves for B1/B2. With a pending immigrant petition , especially one so close to adjudication, chances for a visitor visa are not good.The only way it may be approved is if they can show a REAL emergency in US or with themselves like a medical illness.
