Do Parents need visa for cozumel Mexico by cruise?

Anyone's parents who came from India with 10 year valid U.S. B-2 visa multiple entry, here ever tried a cruise to cozumel mexico from USA? Do they need seprate visa for cozumel Mexico? Any help is appreciated.

Which countries are they visiting? Mexico (Cozumel by cruise)

We are the parents on a B-2 visa multiple entry with 10 years validity. We have taken a cruise trip to Cozumel on Carnival Triump from 22nd August to 25th August 2013. We took our passports only. No need for any visa to Cozumel. At the time of booking your tickets you need to fill in all details as asked by the cruise operator. We took cruise from Galveston. Hope this helps you.
