Hello, this is my case....I overstayed my visitors visa, my boyfriend will be applying for citizenship in two months. I understand that he will have to give information about me when he is applying for citizenship if he is married so I'm wondering if that's risky....should we marry before or after he apply for citizenship?. Thanks much.

When reviewing yoru N-400, Naturalization application, USCIS have no interest in your visa status. The N-400 just provides a profile and database for any future procedures your guy undergoes.
