visitor visa for unmarried aunt rejected plzz help

hello



my aunt had been to renew her b2 visa . she had a b2 visa previously and has travleed 3 times.

she was reapplying after almost 5 years now.



she is unmaaried and has no kids. she is also 70 years old



her visa was rejected. it may sound that since shei sunmaaried and no kids hers might have got rejected but the officer did not even ask any further question.



vo asked



1) whom are you going to visit

ans: my niece or sister daughter ( my husband on h1 is sponsoring)



2) are you married

no



3) do you have kids

no

4) do you have property

yes



now when can she apply again and what can she change or prove for her ties.

can she show her previous visa and renew it.
can her citizen cousin sponsor her visa again
can she do a self sponsorship to show her ties back.
and can she go in two months time.
she also take care of my brother as he needs medical attention can she provide a letter that she take care ofhim...

pls help with suggestions

Sorry to say but she has very less chance of getting an approval. Old age, unmarried, no kids, these factors go in her negative and unfortunately she cant do anything about it. Properties can always be sold and amount repatriated to US so at this age its difficult to convince based just on property. Taking care of brother is not a reason for grant of a B2 visa. One is expected to hire a help/nurse for the same in US.
