pls help with companion visa

I'm an US immigrant and i just got my boys (3 yr old twins) immigrant visa this December 2013. and it will expire this May 2014.

i really don't know much about visas. so here's the thing. My boys are both disabled and cannot walk. they have cerebral palsy.

question: can i get a companion visa for my sister to accompany me to bring them at US? there's two kinds of companion visa and i don't know which to get. does filling a companion visa will it require me to give a support or something?

there is no such thing as a companion visa. That person has to apply for a visitor visa ( B1/B2) and it will be granted based on her
ties to home country( work, income , marital status). If your sis earns well, she can show self funding and you will only need to
send an invitation and a copy of your GC. If your sis cannot afford the trip, you will also have to send an I-134 with supporting financial docs.
