visiting visa B2

Hi All,

My parents got B2 visa for 10 years long back. My sisters husband has sponsored for the visiting visa at the time of application. They have been visiting USA since then and they came here to my sisters place 3 times that is virginia.I stay in newyork. Here are my questions:


1) Can i ask my parents to visit me from india directly instead of going to virginia airport. I have this question , becoz they have(sisters husband) sponsored at the time of filing the visitors visa, so can i get them here to my place directly?

2) If yes, when they enter JFK airport on my husband papers, my father will show his passport, when POE officer opens it will he get all the details of my sisters husband? as they have filed the sponsorship at the time of visitors visa.

3) if yes, will they ask my father the details of my husbands papers?

over all- can one sister file the sponsorship for visitors visa and can other person in the same family get them to their place? Hope my version is clear please help with any information you have.

On a B1/B2 visa without a restrictive note( annotation),
you are free to visit anyone . there is no restriction to only visiting the original sponsor. And they do not check sponsorship papers at entry.
They have visited 3 times, they will know that.

They must carry the contact info of whoever it is they are visiting.
