I got b2 visa and i just married a PR status with greencard, but i was married in the Philippines but separated for more than ten years though not yet annulled.
    1) can i still be petition (file I130)by my wife?
    2) will it affect my I130 decision, negatively, coz i wrote my exwife name to the form i filled during B2 application.

If I understood you correctly, you have married a U.S. Green Card holder, but your prior marriage has not been legally terminated. You didn't do this right and you are now in a bigamous legal relationship.

You need to divorce your first wife, and Nevada is the best place to do it.

After the divorce, marry your new babe and have her submit an I-130 petition for you.
