Hi,
Am looking for some guidance on what would be the chances of getting a tourist visa stamped for my parents and a younger brother. There may already have similar questions, but I couldn't see an answer what would the chances be of rejecting for all 3 of them vs only my brother.
Here is some background info:
1. Dad - Aged 62, Retired employee for last 15 years and currently just stays at home
2. Mom - Aged 52, Home maker
3. Younger brother - Aged 31, Single and currently working at an IT company for about 5 years.
My details:
Am on H1 B visa living with wife. And expecting a kid in 3 months.
What I learnt is chances of getting visa stamped for brother are very slim. But my question is in case all 3 of them attend the interview and if the counsular decides to deny visa to my brother, will (s)he also denies for parents too?
Or can they just deny my brother and grant my parents.
Note: My brother has no intention to stay here. He just want to visit US and see places and spend sometime with us here.
