  • Change of Language - Visitor Visa

    Hi,

I have booked the appoinment in TTS one month before under English for my Mom, but she is not that much confident in English. And I could see more slots are available under "Tamil" in TTS.

I thought of cancelling and rebook the appoinment, but I dont see any option to rebook it.

Is there any way we can change the laungauge of the existing appoinmnent from "English" to "Tamil". Does anyone had the experience of changing the language during the time of appoitment

Thanks for your Help, really appreciate it!

You can't ask for a translator at the time of intv. You have to book the appointment in that language in advance. Bocz the translator is available only specific days of a week and those days will be kept open for the specific language appointments. For ex: I noticed that telugu language is available only on tuesdays and thursdays of a week. I think its the same case with tamil also. There is one date available in Jan 31 and plenty in Feb for tamil language as of Oct 3 6:18 PST.
