Is 1 DS 160 required for each parent?

I plan to call my in-laws to the US to visit us this summer. They will be appearing together for the interview. Will they require one DS 160 each or will just one DS 160 for both suffice? Please advise.

Each visitor visa applicant must meet the visa requirements separately, including his own DS-160.
