I am in US for 3 months , I am having bank balance to sponsor for my in-laws , but they dont have any property in their name , whether they will get the visitor visa please help

The chances are slim but there is no formula for getting a US visa. So luck has to play a major role in this case. You can give it a shot though.
Even if they do not have property, it is useful if they are drawing some sort of pension.
