Reconfirm appointment & other queries

1)I have already taken appointment for my inlaws on 13th Dec using the old TTS online appointment system. Will just reconfirming the appointment thru the link on TT visa site be enough. Also the reconfirm appointment link asks for a passport number. Do i need to reconfirm it twice for both my MIL & FIL and give the receipt number or just doing it once is enough?

Also how do they pay the application fees? DO they just take 2 DD's with them during the interview for the application fee & issuance fee.
3)Also is it absolutely necessary to carry the sponsor' original birth certificate?

yeah you should re confirm on tts site.though i have appointment in november i havent re confirmed yet.cus im toying with the idea of modyfying it to an earlier date or not.i dont know about the other things you asked.havent made any plans on demand drafts and stuff yet.i dont have a sponser in usa.lol.so i may get rejected.can you be my sponser.lol.
