My parents visited us in 2004 and stayed for 6 months with my brother. He sponsored thier visit.

Now am pregnant and planning to sponsor them again.

What are the chances of being rejected? They are above 60 and govt pensioners.

There is no chance of rejection, make sure you have good documentation and sponsor have enough money to sponsor.

My parents are in the same situation too. They visited in 1998. They want to come and visit during winter this time to see christmas.

Do we have to give all the 3 years of tax returns or just one ?

I dont have the old ones since it was electronically filed. I have 2004's. I am sending that.

I am sending bank letter and bank statement for 2 months.

Don't worry about tax returns, but extra documentation will not hurt.
Safe side send last 4-5years w2s.
If you really want to send tax return documents? there is a way you can request from IRS.
In case of bank documents, you did perfect.
