Need help on parents travel visa

Hello all

My dad has 2 wife's and both are siblings. (My mom and step mom)

I planning to sponsor b2 visa for all the three.

In India in my dad ration card contains both wife names.

My mom's(mom and step mom ) passports has my dad name.

Is there any way I can sponsor B2 visas at a time and bring all of them to visit USA ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
