Hello Guys, My parents are haing their isa interiew on 19th of this month and I am planning to bring them here sometime in Noember 1st week or 2nd week. They are planning to come from Cehnnai.The following queries are subjected to their visa approval

1. Is it possible to buys their flight tickets after 19th of this month?
2. Can I get tickets for november 1st week?
3. Is anyone coming to Los Angeles by that time so that I can get some favor while they are coming.
