  • Urgent help : Visitor visa B2

    Hello,

I already submitted the application (DS-160). And i already choose the date of interview... But...

I have a problem that maybe you will hear it for the first time

I am a palestinian, and my nationality is as in the application is (Palestinian Authority). And maybe you don`t know that most of palestinians have temporary jordanian passport, which is not a proof of our nationality, and even jordan consider us as palestinians. So, in the application i put the nationality (Palestinian Authority) and the passport which is the travel document only we use (Jordanian Passport)!

Do I made big mistake or what?

Another thing, i applied in saudi arabia and i was born i the west bank (Palestine Authority), and had national ID there and all my life was there!

why a mistake, you wrote what is actually the truth.

Applying in saudi? why ? are you working there? They will want to see your ties to where you apply( work, income, family)

and also the purpose of visit? what is it?

        Hello again!

In the application there was an item ask you to tell the intended date to arrive US.

That time i wrote 1st of August 2014 and the duration of stay (3 Weeks), but unfortunately my brother will be outside US on 6th August 2014. So i decided to go 1st of July to stay with him.

Is that a problem during the interview or they will consider the date as estimation only?

        Thanks again....

          Hello,

No, That won’t be problem at all.

Go whenever you want once you get your visa. Just stick to whatever you have filled in your form during interview.

Do update about your interview later
