Hello I am apply to extend my b2 visa, I am in Los angeles and I filled up my i539 form, but i don't know where should i send it, its very confusing!! anyone can give me a help?

I have that form, point is too confusing, and I don't understand where should i send it!!!!
they have a P.O BOX AND DIFFERENT ADDRESS.
