USA sponsor Visitng visa Documents

Iam sponsoring my parents from india.Documentation from my side is done.What are the documents to be prepared from my parents in india.Do they need to show ant Bank balance,assets, etc. Please help me.

If either of them is working, they can take their income proof with them. Though most decisions are made without looking at any documents.

Is that enoghf.Do we need to carry any property Documents.If yes can we carry original papers of property documents or else it should be evaluated by CA.

like I said, most decisions are made without looking at any documents. They won't likely even look at the documents you sent them.
They decide from the info your parents will complete on the DS160.
For their own satisfaction they can take original/copy of property papers ( no need for CA evaluation). 99% it won't be looked at and
property is not a decision maker.
