Best way for grandparent to come ~ long term to care for grandchildren

I am a US citizen and my wife has a green card. Her parents are Turkish and have a 10 year visitor visa to the US. They would like to come to the US and help us care for a child we are about to have but do not want to violate the spirit of the visitor visa and get in trouble. I have read that if they spend 6 months here they should stay in Turkey for at least 6 more months. I have also read that I cannot sponsor them for a green card since I am not a blood relative and my wife can't because she is not a citizen (she just got her GC so will not be a citizen for 3 years). Is there another type of visa, or something else we can do that would allow them to stay in the US for ~ 9 months out of each year for the next 2 or 3 years?

Options;

1. if you are willing to work outside US for a US employer for a couple of years and the whole family is able to move, then your wife can go for fast naturalization right away under Section 319(b). Showing your contract abroad, she can apply now and get her US naturalization in a few months. this is a law not many people are aware of , make use of it if it logistically suits you.

2.Make use of extensions of B2. Stay 9 months ( 6 +3) then return in another 6 months for another (6 +3) . But grant of extensions is never guaranteed.

3.If one of them can work from home/close to home, find an H2b employer or you be their employer.( turkey is eligible for H2b).
Spouse can stay as a derivative of H2b without working.

4. Get them a green card thru a different route ( eg. investment of $500k)
