Please answer my question

my mother has a appointment on 2nd nov 05. we took an offline appointment in Mumbai. but we did not mention that she needs an translator (Hindi) she does not speak english.
what should i do now?
can she enter inside and then ask for an translator?
please answer me it will be a great help.

She should ask for an interpretor when she goes there.
