Can any of you take appt through VFS?

Can any of you take appt through VFS? I could not take it yet. I am trying from last friday morning.

Several people have reported problems recently.

One of our fiend in India took an appointment on SATURDAY(08 OCT).

I have the fee receipt number. I can start the app, but once I select the State of Residence as "Tamil Nadu", it shows the following error -

Application Error
Cast from string "#False#" to type 'Double' is not valid.

I am trying from Last Friday morning and it is still the same .

VFS web site application error

While i was trying to take an appointment for my parents, getting application error when i click on 'add new applicant' button. Has anyone experienced this kind of problem? if so, ple let me know the solution.
