Parents visa got rejected ... Please help !!

Hello,

Myself and my husband are on H1-B. My mom applied for visa last year in october and November and her visa got rejected twice. Then this year both my parents applied in August and again the visa was rejected. My dad is a businessman and my brother, who is in college, lives with my parents. The officer said that he thinks my dad will come and settle here.I dont know what to do, should i ask them to apply again ??

Thanks immihelp. I have read this earlier. But the basic confusion is there are strong ties of my parents back in india, my brother, my dads business etc etc... i dont know what different can i do. And i am so confused whether they sould wait a while or go now ?? Any suggestions please.

If there is no change in the situation, it does not matter whey they go nor or later (other than the luck factor).

It is hard after 3 denials. Still , you need to analyse all 3 interviews
in detail to know what was the factor in their situation( funds, ties,
something they did not answer right) that got them the denial.
