tourist places for sight seeing

Hi
I am planning to bring my father by november.Are there any provisions of having a sightseeing to places like washington,new york,PA,baltimore,etc....Do u have any packages on the same? Is there any site i can check for the same.............
Your help will be higly appreciated in this matter..........
