Apply USA visitor visa for non earning family member

Hi,

I am currently in USA and would like my parents to visit us. We have initiated a process to obtain their visitor visa. I also have an elder sister (30+ yrs), who is divorced, and not doing any job since last 2 years due to her emotional (in)stability. She did job for almost 2 years (2010/2011). Since she stays with my parents, they can not come to USA without her. So if we initiate her visa process, how should I furnish her "Employment" details? Also, how do I make a strong point for her to return India post her vacation in USA (if they get visa)? She is an individual and adult by law, but practically, dependent on my parents as she may not be able to take care of herself alone.

the major strong points they look at are absent in her case; spouse/children and/ or stable job and strong income.
Just want to give you the honest real picture; they will not give her a visitor visa
as in their way of thinking she will not return as she is divorced and does not hav a good job to come back to.

No offense but if she wants a visitor visa, she has to show herself as independent with a stable job and a strong income in India, not the other way round.
Being young and divorced are negatives for a visitor visa anyway, so she has to show at least work and income ties.
