Occupation and Education

Hi,

I am applying for visitor visa for my parents. My father is doing part-time job as an accountant, and he also does business (part-time, broker in grain/pulses market). What would be the best to show in Occupation for him,
=> his job, or
=> his business, or
=> both
If we mention both his job and business, then what documents would be required for his business ?

My father & mother have attended school only upto 5th grade. Do I need to mention anything in the form DS-157 about it or just put "NA" there ? Form says that do not put elementary school details.

If he can just show business( don't say part time) with good tax returns
and savings balances, it should be fine. Also important are business
registration documents and balance sheets showing turnover.

Just put N/A for education.
