Financial Documents.....

Hello!

I am about to interview for a visitor visa.

I have the financial documents certified from a Chartered Accountant. But I have been advised to get the financial details on plain paper or on my father's letterhead.... but in this this case what is the proof that these documents are not ****?

Please guide.
