query on sponser documents??

hello

my mom interview is in march 2006 only, by then will my huuby w2 for 2005 be availble......will it be asked ? presently he has only 2004 w2, he was here from 2003 but has no w2 for 2003.....

and also by when we can start preparing documnets by january ? the documents reach them.....in feb is it ok? or........

old bank account closed and now the bank where we have account started here for few months back in august only will that do or will they see only balance not when account stated etc.....

You can give W2 up to 2004.

Changing bank account should not be a problem. If possible, provide bank statements from old bank account too.
