We are filling I134 form to sponsor B2 visa for my parents, Oct, 2005 appointment. I have sent the I134 for my MIL for 09/12/2005 appointment and her visa got rejected on 214(b), Potential Immigrant. Do i have to mention that her visa got rejected or just to mention her name and date there ? Pl. share ur opinions.
