Visitor Visa for my brother.

Hi,
I need some suggestion regarding Visitor Visa for my elder brother. My wife and my son is in India, my son is 4 months old and my company is processing H4 visa for them.The problem is she can't travel alone because she had never traveled earlier and my son is just 4 month old so it is kind of impossible for her.
So I am planning to get visitor Visa for my brother so that he can come along with them and they can reach safely. My brother is working in reputed organisation in India.
Can you please suggest me whether it is possible to get a Visitor Visa for him or not? Someone has told me that i need to send a invitation letter to him and that will help him in getting the US VISA.

Good income is very important to get a visitor visa. 3L per year is on the lower side I am sorry. Even if you sponsor him and his wife to visit you
his low income can affect the visa outcome as it is considered as a financial tie to home country.
You can try on your own sponsorship , in my opinion it could be difficult, but sometimes you can get a lenient officer.

He is not going to stay for more then 2 weeks and his wife is not going to visit US he will come alone with my wife and son.
Can you please tell me something about own sponsorship.

think it as an excuse to go to US.
Self sponsorship requires 75-80k per month income so I suggested that you sponsor him and his wife so it appears natural that both husband and wife
are going to visit you . They can also take along your wife and son.

It just looks natural that if they should visit you, they should visit together.

honestly, your bro's chances of getting a visitor visa are not bright whichever way he applies because of his low income( no offense).

But if you still want to try, try it on your sponsorship, rest is all up to you.
