Hi, My father-in-law is in New Zealand with my brother-in-law and he is the "Parmenant residence" there. He went there after my Mother-in-law's death. There is nobody in India who is dependent on him. He is a retiered bank officer. He has good bank balance and property in India. He is there from last 2 years and dosen't have the tax return from last 2 years. Dose he need to show his IT certificates in the interview? He will appear for interview in Auckland consulate of US.
