i have apply for student visa around 2009 and i was refused and now in 2013 am applying for visitors visa with my wife.the application then was fill by somene and right now i dont have the persons contact ...my question....hope if the information is not correct with the first application form in 2009 about my schools,parents info and my school records are not correct will they ask about it?

No they will not ask but..

The visa counselor will not ask you about it, but for all purposes their system will show the discrepancy ..I would strongly suggest that during the interview if you slightly feel a doubt it is best to mention it upfront
