Visitor Visa - Sponsor Documents Validity

Hi,

I am going to be in India between Nov 16th and Dec 18th.

My parents have visa appointment on Dec 20th at Chennai consulate. If I prepare all the documents before I go to India for my vacation(which would be dated before Nov 15th), will that be fine for them when they go for interview? Or will that documents be considered old? Please advise.
