Re-application of US Visitor Visa at Kolkata

Hi,

US VISA for my parents and my brother got refused ubder section 214 (B). After 4 days of refusal, I have taken another appointment 3 months for them. How can I show there has been significant change from last time? How can I prove that they have "social, economical and cultural ties" with India. My fother is currently working in a government concern and we shown some property under his and my brother's name. Just two months before, my parent-in-law and sister-in-law got VISA with the same set of documents. Please help!

Please provide the transcript of your parents' and brother's interview , whatever they can recall. What do your mother and brother do? Is he married?
What was the purpose of visit did they mention to the consular? And what is YOUR job and visa status in US?Did you send an I-134?

Hi,

My father is government servant and my mother is house-wife. My brother is studying 3rd in Engg college and he is bachelor. The purpose we mentioned was "Tourism and also visting Son and Daughter-in-law".

CO: When did your son last time visited US?
Father: (coudn't understand properly, said when they are planning to come)
CO: What is the purpose of visit?
Father: Tourism and visting my son's family
CO: How much money your son send to you every month
Father: Not regularly, whenever I need I ask for money, he sends.
CO: How long you want to go?
Father: 1 month only.
CO: (to mother) Why you are going to US?
Mother: For Tourism
CO: You will not visit your son?
Mother: Yes, I will do that also.
CO: (to brother) Why you want to go at this time? You can go in summer vacation.
Brother: I don't have summer vacation as there will be training, I can only go at this time as I will have vacation after my exam finishes in December.
CO: Visa refused....

They should not have said "tourism" first. Because the primary purpose of going there is to meet you and not tourism. They would not have gone touring US if you were not in US. So, the consular is not sure they are telling the truth. So he denied the visa.

Have you taken the appointment for all three of them?
It could be better if some members did not apply and would act as ties
to home country. Like , only if your mother applied, she would have
a better chance in the sense that she would have her husband and an
unmarried son to come back to and she could say that they are not
applying again because they cannot get leave. This would again
show the family's ties to India.
