Dear All,
I would appreciate it if you can answer my below question as soon as
possible.
My brother is turning 16 on June 14, 2014 ; and he wants to travel to the
USA. His visa that was issued 3 years ago( without finger print in the
Embassy) is still valid for two more years. Kindly let me know if he needs
to renew the visa ( to do finger print) or use the current one?
