Sponsoring Visitor visa to Sister In Law

I want to sponsor visitor visa for my Sister in law,

She is a Student

I Will be sending Invitation letter for her

what other documents will be required from my end?

and she still has her old name on her passport (the one before Marriage) , will she need her husband's name on her passport as well? or Marriage Certificate & Marriage Photos will be enough?

Is she applying for the visitor visa alone or her husband is applying as well? If husband is not applying why not?
What is husband's income roughly ? Do they have any kids?
All this is important for proper suggestion.

yes she is applying alone, as he already has a valid visa.
+he has a Family business ,and no they don't have any kids.

Please post on what basis did her husband get his B1/B2?

If he got it for a business visit then your sis-in-law can just apply with a purpose of visiting US with her husband on his
business visit. that is the best way to go. you do not need to send anything.

If he got it for a different purpose like visiting you then please post it here and also post his income.

its Family business. I Don't know. I Am Sponsoring the visa by providing the affidavit of support. My brother has B2 Visa from 6 Years ago(10 years multiple entry). I Am inviting them for 2 months. My Question is if my sister in law needs my brothers name on the passport for applying visa.

not mandatory. she will take her husband's passport to the interview and she can take her marriage certificate . that will suffice.
