Re Entering USA after visiting India for medical emergency of mother in 6 months B2

"I was granted stay for 6 months i.e. up to 17th October, 2014 on B2 visa when I entered at Los Angeles. After completing two months of stay in USA - I had to rush back to India because my mother was hospitalized in critical condition. She has now recovered and I wish to re enter and join my family in USA just for one month - especially my daughter's house warming ceremony and pick up my 61 year old wife to go back to India.

I have a return ticket of 22nd July i.e. 20 days after my re-entering.

I also have copies of medical records of my mother's illness at Apollo Hospital, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

In my past more than 10 stays in USA - I have never overstayed.

My married son, grand children, married daughter on Green Card and H4 visa respectively.

Will I be allowed re entry for about a month ?

admission on a B2 is entirely at the discretion of the officer.

the fact that you only spent 2 months on a 6 month allowed stay, will not mean they will let you re-enter so quickly.
and about the emergecy ,if it was at this end ( IN US), it would be more reasonable.

In my opinion, skip the ceremony and let your wife come back alone if possible.
