I did apply for b2 visa and it was cancelled at the port of entry toronto because I got married with an American citizen 2012. my husband applied for me immigrant visa, so I had my interview at Montreal consulate at April 10th 2014 still my case is administrative process. I had my baby here alone now he is turning to one year is there anyway to enter us by applying b2 again and celebrate his very first birthday there with dad ? I m really sick of waiting and being alone. It's almost two year I'm here

B2 is out of the question. Since you had your interview in April, have some more patience, you are almost there for the immigrant visa.

Thanks for response but I got a 221g. Refusal they ask me for original birth certificate?

did they ask you for original birth cert? Don't you have one? If you do not have one, there are other options.

I didn't have one, but I was scared to tell them. At the time of interview, then I went to afghanistan consulate they give me one and I did send them right away
