  • Settling in US on B1/B2 visa

    Hi All

I am in USA on B1/B2 visa with my family. My brother applied for my immigration 5 years ago. Is there any way to settle in USA on legal basis ? Like adujustment or anything else. My visa number is not available and it may take 6 to 7 years more. Please reply and help is appreciated.

    Thanks
    Tony

if you are single, you could find a US citizen match that is the fastest way.
another fast way is an investor visa EB-5 but that is expensive half to one million USD.

you could find an employer to file for your green card under employment categories but they have years of wait.

For you the best is to be in US on a non-immigrant visa like a student or a work visa ( H-1 or L1) till your visa number from your brother's
    petition becomes current.
