b2 Visa for tourism and vist my friend

I'm a house wife and would like to visit US where my friend(lady) is residing.

I`m planning my trip for 2 weeks.

My situation is as follows:

1) Housewife, Around 11 months since our marriage.
2) Husband working with an IT company with an income of 7.2 lpa, but cannot travel now as he wont get his leave approved.
3) I have completed my MBA but has not worked.
4) I have a childhood friend who has been in US since her marriage (over 2 years).
5) My dad will pay for my trip. He owns many businesses and has a high income and assets.

Please let me know my chances of getting my Visa approved.

It does not sound natural going alone alll the way to US when you are recently married.
You should apply with your husband.

The best thing is for your husband to apply in relation to his work ( business B1) and you can apply with him
(B2) showing his funding.
