  • 2nd interview..chances of denial

what are the chances of denial on second interview (first was 2 mos ago). ive read that you need to wait for your status to change before applying for the 2nd interview, but my sister is not waiting or no need to change for her status or anything, she will submit same documents, because on the first interview, not all of her documents were reviewed, infact only ITR were looked.

can she ask for a favor at the interviewing officer to take a look at her ALL documents before they come up with any decisions? will it be rude asking like that?

does the answers on first interview recorded on the computer? is it necessary to be the same as the second attempt? thank you

Yes, the main features of the first interview are recorded on the computer.
It has repeatedly been stressed both on the US embassy website and on this
forum that documents have secondary importance and the consulars are trained to make their decision mainly based on a person's replies to questions
and the whole situation the applicant presents.
I think it is advisable to analyse the first interview question by question
and examine the specific reason for denial rather than blindly going
with the same situation again and risking another denial.
