Visiting US frequently on B1

My mother became a widow last year. She visited my brother and myself in US for 6 months and left early this year. Came back 3 months later and got her stay for 6 months. She will leave sometime in October. She would like to come back again in January/March timeframe, which will give her 3-5 months in India. Would that be an issue? When she came in this time, she mentioned that she is here for vacation. Can she continue like that?

they gave her 6 months the second time after a 3 month interval because it was her second time. She cannot continue like that . A strict officer can create problems .
Keep an interval of 5-6 months at all times.
