port of entry

my wife is going to visit her sister in USA for the first time. She is on 10 yr multiple entry B1/B2. she will be 36 weeks pregnant when she enters US. she has sufficient funds for her delivery.(in the form of bank statements)

1) will it create any problems at the port of entry?
2) How does she need to prepare if any problem arises?
