Interview Sceduleing

Hi,

I dont understand how the interview with the Consulate(s) in India is scheduled.

Does the applicat get a letter after the application has been submitted, or do they have to schedule there interview seperatly?

thanks.. i did read it..
but never found my answer...which is why the question was posted
when checking on the www.vfs-usa.co.in webiste.
i get a "interview dates are not available" error
