how to amend current status (visitor visa) to become US resident?

Dear Sir
My brother filed i-130 for my mom to immigrate to US and was accepted by USCIS six months ago. He received I-797 approval.
After that, he invited her to travel to US and was accepted too. She was staying with us in US. WE want to adjust her current status (visitor visa) to be permanent resident. Is it possible?
Which documents/form we should use? is it form I-485....?

To convert mom's B2 visa status to Permanent Resident, you need to submit form I-485 with $1,070 fee, copy of receipt NOA for I-130, immigrant medical exam in sealed envelope, and supporting documents.
