Visitor Visa Rejected for Grandmother

My grandmother visitor's visa got rejected on the basis of 214(b). I requested for the telugu translator and these were the questions asked,
where are you going?
America
Is your grand daughter working?
yes
Is she married?
yes
Is the grand son working?
yes
Can you stay alone if they both go to work?
She said she can stay alone when we go to work.
I am thinking b'coz of the last Q &A they might have rejected the visa. She is 72 years old and I think they expected someone to stay with her all the time if she comes to US. I sponsered my grand mother.All the paper work I sent was from this website and it was all perfect and their paper work from India was done properly.
I paid the fees again thru HDFC bank for her and waiting to take an appiontment when the dates are open for April. This time, Can I put my husband name as a sponser for my grand mom and say I am a dependent and stay home with her when she comes here(if she gets visa)? Do they keep any records of sponsers if the visa is rejected first time? I was so disappointed when she told her visa was rejected, b'coz I was expecting at that age they won't ask many questions.

You can't lie to get visa.

You have to tell truth. They note down everything and by lying, you are in bigger trouble.
