re application for tourist visa next year for my wife,daughter,son
we are from philippines but living in hongkong,we are already permanent resident.who have the right to live & work in hongkong.my wife is 10 yrs & myself is 16 yrs,both working in hotel industry,both kids are born here in hk.june 2000 we apply for a tourist visa to usa to visit my wife's grandmother who are living in the states.by the time of application with my kids my wife is 4 yrs in her job but not yet permanent resident and myself already permanent resident but only 1 yr in my job.sad to say but the application was denied,reason were not coming back! even we have good bank balance icluding our own savings account and kids saving account,
oct 2000 we apply again without our kids just to prove that were coming back,but again it was denied again under 214 b reason is were not coming back again.i cant believe it since our purpose is just to see my wifes grandmother and i know you guys know how does it feel to get denied,so that time we didnt re apply instead we travel to japan with our kids.and again me and my wife travel alone to singapore,kuala lumpur,bali,bangkok.2003 we travel again to europe(france & germany)which is easier to get a visa.august 2005 my sister also married try to apply for a visa to usa alone get the visa quick and easy maybe she is already 10 yrs in her job.so i decided to try to apply alone with out my wife and it was successful 10 yrs multiple.i went there last oct 20 2005 till oct 25 2005.i stayed with my aunt and cousin.even if i write down in my address that im going to stay in hotel because i did not know that they live there,since no communication for long time.and my father just told me on my last week of departure,anyway theres no problem with that during my arrival in los angeles.it was agood trip eventhough it was really short.now my wife decided to apply again with our kids next year for tourism since it is our gift to my son.we might visit her grandmother too who is living now in the home for the aged.right now we are well established in hongkong im 6yrs now in my job and my wife will be 4 years at the time of application,we have a good job and good benefits because im working in a hotel owned by airline company in hongkong,so we have this kind of consessionary air ticket.now the question is what are the chances of getting a tourist visa for them since she has relative in the usa who is her grandmother and we might visit her too.her aunt was there too but not that close to her personally and shes married to a foreign guy.is it alright for them to apply all together or my wife should apply first and come to usa and then comeback and apply for visa for our kids.what is the best and easiest thing to do? my wife is still afraid because of our denials before but she wanted to give it a try since were just going there for tourism purposes.my own opinion is should be okay since we are well established in hongkong and i dont think we can get the same thing what we have now in hongkong if we live in the states illegally.pls advice us for this case i know its to early but were just getting prepared. thanks in advance looking forward for your reply and sorry coz its to long.
