Parents planning to revisit US 3 months after returning

Hi,

My parents are currently on visitor visa which is a 10 year multiple entry visa with I94 valid until March 1, 2006.

They arrived on Sep 02, 2005 and are planning to return to India about Nov 29, 2005.

Could there be a problem at Port of Entry if they again return back to US about Feb 21, 2006? Would they be questioned on why they are returning back to US in about 3 months although they left much (3 months) earlier then their I94 expiry in the last (i.e. current) visit ?

Due to personal reasons they need to return early to India during this trip but I wish to bring them back about Feb third week.

Please advise ASAP as I need to confirm their open tickets accordindgly for the return Journey.

Hello Puchhi,
There is no set time limit in law between two visits, so it all depends
on the inspector at the entry point. There have been instances of
people making very quick visits being sent back, but I guess if they
are able to explain , they may be let in.
